Early Dinner: Meat loaf (Recipe coming this Wednesday!)
Breakfast: Biscuits and gravy
Early Dinner: Pork skewers on marinated salad greens
Breakfast: Cheese quesadillas
Early Dinner: Pork curry (I’ve never made curry. Wish me luck!)

Breakfast: Breakfast out since we’ll be hitting garage sales

This weather is all over the place this coming week. The first half of the week will be in the upper 80s. The second half will be in the mid 60s. I try to look ahead at the weather forecast when I make my menus. If I know it’s going to be chilly I’ll plan for heartier meals. If it’s warm I opt for something that won’t heat up my kitchen. Greg wants to BBQ so food for the first part of the week is settled.
I’m going to try my hand at curry. I’ve never made it before. I love Indian food, but Greg not so much. I might have to massage the ingredients a little so it’ll be something he’ll enjoy.
