Another atypical menu week. Starting Monday I have to go to court for jury duty. Since I don’t know how long I’ll be kept (if at all) I don’t want to rush home and make anything fussy. Besides that, it’s been terribly hot. I won’t be surprised if I change a dinner to another salad or cold sandwiches.
Too hot to cook and too hot to eat. How’s the weather by you?

Looks like another week of great food options.
It is warm a d humid here so just another day in Central Texas lol!
Angela: It’s been especially muggy lately, hasn’t it? I almost think I’m back in SE Texas!
Great menu — I’m stealing ideas for my week. 🙂
It’s hot and rainy here; the usual July sauna weather. I can still work out on the porch in the early mornings or late evenings if there are no storms. I love summer, though — child of the tropics. 🙂
Lynn: Sauna is right! I’m grateful for the rain, but it keeps us indoors a lot after 10am. Too hot to work.
