Early Dinner: It’s Super Bowl, and we’re off to a party.

Early Dinner: Short ribs made in the Instapot with wide noodles
Breakfast: Breakfast quesadillas
Early Dinner: Fish and quinoa

Early Dinner: Leftover short ribs
Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Early Dinner: Pizza
We still use our Instapot a lot. Soups, stews, rice, or anything I normally would make in a crock pot. 30 minutes and nearly any meal I want is done.
I don’t talk about it much, but it really has become my second favorite small appliance.
Top place goes to our little Cuisinart Griddler. We use it so often we just keep it on the counter unless company is coming. I’m sorry it took me so long to buy it. We use it for everything from grilled cheese to waffles and it’s very easy to clean. I think that’s why I like this one so much.
Sunday I get a little day off from cooking since we’ve been invited to a party, but I’ll still be baking since I’m bringing a dessert. We’re not football fans. We just go to hang with our friends.
