We picked up a duckling at Aldi. Normally, duckling is a bit too pricey for my blood, but this one was reasonable. Greg wanted to smoke the duck, but I thought we should deep fry it like we’ve done turkeys in the past. I don’t know what it is about deep frying but the meat just falls off the bone.
