Sunday
Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Early Dinner: Salmon with sauteed spinach

Monday
Breakfast: Breakfast quesadilla
Early Dinner: Roast chicken with potatoes

Tuesday
Breakfast: Biscuits and gravy
Early Dinner: Pork stir fry

Wednesday
Breakfast: Maria’s choice. Something decadent like donuts!
Early Dinner: Dinner out

Thursday
Breakfast: Breakfast burrito
Early Dinner: Leftover chicken

Friday
Breakfast: Corned beef hash and eggs
Early Dinner: Pizza

Saturday
Breakfast: Breakfast out. We’re hitting Canton Trade Days today.
Early Dinner: Burgers

We’re going to get hit with some rainy weather nearly all week, but it should be clear enough to make it out to Trade Days in Canton this weekend. This year, I’m looking for goslings. Our local feed store has a few, but they couldn’t even tell me what breed they were so I was hesitant to try them.

Like a crime drama, we’ve had a murder mystery in the chicken coop all week. Every morning I’d find one half eaten chicken. Poor things! We think we sealed off where the predator was getting in. We haven’t had any more killings since we secured the pen.

Oh, and I have a birthday this week. I had hoped to get together with some friends, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. All I know is that no matter what happens, I’m not cooking Wednesday. Greg’s on his own.
