Dinner: Taco salad
Breakfast: Breakfast burritos
Lunch: Lunch out. Greg is getting shots for his knees today.
Dinner: Stir fry
Breakfast: Orange Danish
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwiches
Lunch: Shrimp lo mein
Lunch: Salad with leftover steak
Breakfast: Sausage kolaches
Dinner: Salmon with asparagus
Breakfast: Greg is on his own.
Lunch: Lunch out–I’m at a blogging conference today.
This spring is eating our lunch. It’ll all be good once we get all the hard work done, but right now I have muscles aching I didn’t even know existed.
We’ve done some major rearranging in the garden, including relocating hundreds of irises. There were so many I put the leftovers in a huge plastic pot and put a ‘free’ sign on it. The pot and irises were gone within minutes.
The new home for the irises looks good. I’m looking forward to seeing them bloom.
The asparagus has started popping up. You’ll be seeing it on the menu a lot in the coming weeks.
This week I have a mini blogging conference on deck. I couldn’t believe it was local. It’s going to be nice to meet some hometown bloggers.
