This week I’m using a few recipes from the Taste of Home collection that my friend, Lynn Viehl introduced to me. It’s called Skillet Recipes. It’s the Winter 2017 issue. She found it at her local store, but I located it on Amazon too.
It’s an awesome issue with the kind of food we like to eat. Very easy and very quick recipes too. I highly recommend this particular issue if you can find it.
It’s been a week of transition and turmoil but I think I finally put out all the fires. We still have several big projects ongoing, but the desperate, time-locked stuff is for the most part out of the way. It’s stressful, especially when money is involved.
I was more annoyed that I had to do all the sleuthing to get down to the bottom of each issue instead of being able to rely on the sellers. It’s bad customer service to leave a customer hanging when either the product or the money goes missing. Don’t they want me back as a customer?
