This week I’m going to try making Greek Souvlaki, a recipe I got from one of my blogging buddies, Candy’s Farmhouse Pantry. she had a great recipe for making souvlaki from pork, chicken, or lamb. We love souvlaki but I’ve never made it, so I’m looking forward to seeing how this turns out.
I’m making trout this week too and Greg will probably groan. He hates it when I don’t filet the fish. Who knows? I might filet them if I’m feeling energetic. I’m still recuperating from a fall. More on my ‘death-defying’ homestead life tomorrow!
