It’s been a whirlwind week. In the early part of the week it felt like the world was coming down on us with both barrels. We were dealing with car trouble, equipment trouble, web site trouble, an injured dog, and sellers who took our money without sending their product.

It was just awful.

By Friday things started looking up. Greg fixed the car and our faulty outdoor equipment. Wonder dog (Nana) got off the injured list. (Her paw got caught when someone (not me) rolled his chair back.)

The seller issue was tricky. I had contacted both my credit card company and Ebay. Both went after the scumbag seller and we eventually got our money refunded.

The web site issue is still not quite fixed, but the people at JetPack have been phenomenal at helping me sort it out. I am getting comments again, but still no notifications. If it takes me a while to answer you, it’s because I haven’t refreshed my page to see if any new comments are there.

I wanted to update you on the homestead situation tomorrow, but we are awaiting new arrivals and the sellers have put that off due to circumstances beyond their control. I’m excited about the changes on the homestead this year. I can’t wait to tell you more and show you some pictures.

The comment notification problem is a bit perplexing, but I’m sure that too will work itself out.
