It doesn’t look like we’ll be getting any more cold weather. I won’t start my garden early–just in case. I’ve been snookered before. My potato bed is planted though. In Texas, the traditional time to plant potato seed is just before Valentine’s Day.

We are getting hammered with rain which is a little inconvenient because all of the neighbors want to get together to repave our private road. We’ll just have to wait until we can time dry weather with crushed rock delivery.

Ah, the glamour of country living.

  1. Ahhh…I see quesadillas on your list. Yesterday we went to Cheddar’s, which was where I always got quesadillas pre-diet. I couldn’t have them. Although I’m sure I could make them low-cal at home, no problem. I may have to do just that!
