Lunch: Leftover nacho plate
Dinner: Leftover rib roast
Breakfast: Eggs with the last of the rib roast

Dinner: Meatball sandwiches
Breakfast: Bagels and cream cheese
Lunch: Pulled pork sandwiches
Dinner: Chicken thighs in garlic sauce
Dinner: Cod with sauteed spinach
Breakfast: Out hunting garage sales
Dinner: Skillet lasagna
It’s supposed to rain Monday, and possibly Tuesday and Wednesday. Although all the garden beds are turned over and ready for planting, I still have quite a bit of cleanup along the pathways and the flower beds in the front of the house. Those will have to wait until after the rain clears.
I’m taking it as a sign Mother Nature wants me to be a total couch potato for the next three days. 🙂 I’ve earned it! Last night I even dreamed I was in pain. When I woke up I realized, it wasn’t a dream. Oy.
I’m making a special rib roast dinner for Greg on Sunday. It’s a small roast but I should get at least three meals from it. Greg is happy, and I don’t have to work as hard. The rest of the meals are either casseroles I’ve already made and frozen, or quick meals made in under 30 minutes.
I hope you’re having a lazy Sunday. I plan to catch up on my reading and binge on Doctor Who.
