  1. Today is my favorite feasting holiday, and I do all the cooking (although my guy is an awesome kitchen assistant and handles the heavy lifting.) Traditionally I don’t cook on Christmas, but now that we’re empty nesters we’re thinking about grilling out or maybe packing a picnic and spending the day at the beach if it’s a nice day. I’ll make one more turkey feast at Easter.

Happy Thanksgiving, Maria — hope you and Greg had a wonderful day. 🙂

    • Lynn: It’s a toss up on holidays for me. I love Thanksgiving because that’s when I usually see friends or family, but New Year’s is just me and Greg and that’s nice too.

Hope the weather cooperates for you on Christmas!
